Security & trust

Privacy is part of the architecture

Confidentiality isn't a setting you turn on for sensitive exits. It's built into how cases, evidence, and access flow through the platform, from the moment a case is classified to the moment it closes.

What that means in practice

Four guarantees, not four settings

Encrypted assessments

Interviewer assessments and case evidence are encrypted at rest. Confidentiality is a storage-layer guarantee, not just a permission check in front of a database row.

Confidential executive review

Executive and critical-talent cases follow a separate review path. Only authorised executive reviewers can open them. HRBPs and standard HR admins never see them in their queues.

Cross-org isolation

When a case is delegated to an outside agency, that agency sees only what it's been given access to. Data and actions stay isolated between organisations, so an agency handling cases for one client never sees another's.

Full audit trail

Every classification decision, status change, and access to a case is logged. If leadership asks why a case was routed a certain way, there's a trail that answers it.

How it flows

Confidentiality at every step

The same golden path every case moves through is also where access is enforced, not as an afterthought bolted onto the end.

Classify

The moment a case is classified as Executive or Critical Talent, it's flagged for restricted visibility, before an interview is ever scheduled.

Interview

Confidentiality and consent flows are matched to the exit type. A routine exit and a confidential executive review don't share the same disclosure language.

Review

Executive and critical-talent cases route only to authorised executive reviewers, not the standard HRBP queue.

Diagnose

AI-assisted analysis produces a draft read; a human always reviews it before it becomes a diagnosis.

Report

Reports and follow-up actions stay linked back to their source evidence, so an interpretation can always be traced to what was actually said.

Access is role-shaped

Who sees what

Every role has a different view into the same case. An Executive Reviewer sees what an HRBP never does.

HR Admin / Operations

Creates cases, manages bulk exits, classification, invitations, and scheduling.

HRBP / Interviewer

Prepares for and conducts interviews, capturing evidence and completing assessments.

HR Leadership

Reviews cases, diagnosis, reports, patterns, and required follow-up actions.

Executive Reviewer

Reviews authorised, confidential executive exits.

Departing Employee

Completes confidentiality, consent, pre-interview, and the interview itself.

Bring quiet confidence to every exit.

Confidentiality that's architected in, not configured on, for routine exits and the ones that need to stay quiet.
