Terms
The agreement covering how your organisation uses VEYRA.
By registering an organisation or signing in to VEYRA, you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent. VEYRA is operated by Acecoderz Infosolutions Private Limited, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. This agreement is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is valid without a physical or digital signature.
VEYRA is an enterprise platform for running exit interviews: classifying departures, adapting interview depth to the case, capturing evidence, and producing structured, evidence-linked reports.
Your organisation's admins are responsible for the users they invite and the access those users are granted. Invited users are created as PENDING and set their own password through the invitation flow; VEYRA staff never choose a user's password.
There's no fixed self-serve tier. Plans are arranged directly with your VEYRA contact, shaped by seat count, case mix, delegation, branding, and billing interval, as described on the Pricing page. Invoices generate automatically each billing cycle; INR invoices are paid through Razorpay, and other currencies are arranged and confirmed manually.
You own the data your organisation puts into VEYRA. We process it as a Data Processor on your organisation's behalf, only to provide the service described in these terms and our Privacy Policy, and we don't use it to train models shared across other organisations.
You agree not to use VEYRA for anything unlawful, to attempt to bypass its access controls or role-based permissions, or to use exit interview data for any purpose beyond the legitimate exit interview and organisational-learning process it was collected for.
AI assistance is optional, configured per organisation, and assistive only: it surfaces patterns and drafts a first read, but a human always reviews the diagnosis before it's finalised. Disabling AI assistance for your organisation doesn't affect any other part of the service.
Connecting BambooHR, an AI provider, or any other third-party integration is your organisation's choice, and you're responsible for having the right to sync the data you connect. We only exchange data with a service your organisation has explicitly configured.
We may suspend access for non-payment or a material breach of these terms. Either party may terminate the arrangement per the agreement signed at onboarding. On termination, your data remains available for export for a reasonable period before it's handled according to your organisation's retention settings.
VEYRA is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability is limited as set out in your organisation's order form or master agreement.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll notify organisation admins before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
